Bobbin Brook Homeowners Association

Bobbin Brook is located just five miles from downtown Tallahassee in the heart of the northeast section of Florida's beautiful capital city. Market Square shopping and popular restaurants are only minutes away. I-10 is conveniently accessible to the South and historic downtown Thomasville is only a 30-minute drive to the North. The upscale neighborhood development was created from a parcel of land located just south of Maclay Road between Thomasville Road and Meridian Road. The neighborhood contains over 90 homes built on mostly wooded, multi-acre lots.

Bobbin Brook was one of the first planned communities in Tallahassee to install underground utilities to preserve the beauty of the land. From our neighborhood you can access the Maclay Gardens Bobbin Brook entrance for walking, running, biking or just soaking in a "masterpiece of floral architecture".
